Construction ManagementOnce the project begins the construction phase, Orness Design Group will monitor all phases of construction to ensure the project will be built according to plans, specifications and the intent of the design. This entails reviewing equipment submittals and shop drawings, field verification of MEP, coordination with general contractor and other trades, sequencing a timely and efficient installation of the kitchen equipment, and final review of completed facility. Once the kitchen is complete Orness Design Group will assist in the start up and coordinate end user training on the operation, care and maintenance of the equipment.
